Wells Fargo Bankruptcy Law Network\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bankruptcylawnetwork.com\/jones-versus-wells-fargo-addresses-the-rights-of-debtors-in-bankruptcy-part-one\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jones v. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc.<\/a> case.\u00a0 The<a title=\"Jones v. Wells Fargo, April 5, 2012 Judgment\" href=\"https:\/\/ecf.laeb.uscourts.gov\/doc1\/08417050100\" target=\"_blank\"> judgment <\/a>was rendered on April 5, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The case began in 2006 after Wells Fargo failed to account for funds it had received from Mr. Jones as post petition payments in his Chapter 13 bankruptcy.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the significant award of punitive damages, it can only be assumed that Wells Fargo will appeal this decision.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a title=\"Jones v.
